WHAT IF I HAVE TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY TRIP?
We understand things happen in life and sometimes you have to cancel or change your vacation. We want to make it as easy as possible to do so.
In the event of cancellation, Your Ultimate Vacations and Tours is not responsible for any loss incurred for non-refundable travel costs. In this case,We always recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
In the case you book your full vacation which includes your hotel and flights and you cancel at least 14 days before your arrival date the hotel will deduct two nights stay out of the amount paid and will refund the remainder this is done because they would have loose customers who could have taken your space, however the airplane cost will not be refund unless a travel insurance was purchased.
Refund is not given on tours or transfers, however you can reschedule or pass it on to anyone needing the service whether friends or families.
